Miray - Client Wellbeing Manager
Miray’s journey into Breathwork began in an unexpected place. Originally studying Architecture, she soon found herself immersed in the fast-paced world of Sales and Recruitment, where ambition and drive often came at the cost of balance and wellbeing. Experiencing burnout firsthand, Miray also saw its widespread effects in her workplace. She was inspired by how supportive colleagues and organisations were in exploring breathwork as a tool to improve wellbeing, focus, and resilience.
This experience led Miray to spend time in Asia attending retreats run for corporate professionals, where she deepened her understanding of Breathwork and its transformative potential.
Today, she works alongside Hailey to design and deliver programs for organisations, teams, and private clients, combining corporate insight with a results-driven, accessible approach. Trained with Breathless Academy Australia, Miray ensures every session is grounded in science while remaining approachable for all experience levels.
Miray’s work goes beyond individual wellbeing. She leads client engagement, building meaningful connections within the business community and fostering cultures of clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth. With Miray, Breathwork becomes a strategic tool for transformation delivering immediate, measurable, and lasting impact on wellbeing, performance, and organisational success.
Hailey - Certified Breathwork Facilitator
Hailey is our Certified Breathwork Facilitator, with over five years of experience guiding individuals and teams toward adaptability and balance. She blends science-backed Breathwork techniques with intuitive facilitation, creating experiences that are accessible and deeply transformative.
Hailey creates supportive spaces for exploration and growth, helping people move beyond self-limiting habits, strengthen their mind-body connection, and build the inner foundations for sustained performance. Her Breathwork sessions give participants tools they can actually use everyday - at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
She’s worked with organisations including Kiwibank, ASB, Waste Management New Zealand, and Lynx Recruitment, supporting leadership teams and employees to manage stress, prevent burnout and step into their potential. Hailey partners with teams to understand their needs, tailoring sessions that are practical, aligned with organisational goals, and designed to deliver measurable impact.
Her facilitation style is warm, grounded, and energetic - fostering renewed momentum while supporting personal and professional growth. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of individuals through Breathwork, building a loyal client base who return as they experience how Breathwork supports them through high-pressure periods, moments of change, and opportunities for growth.
Hailey’s own journey with Breathwork began during a period of high stress and mind-body disconnection. Having come from high-pressure environments including the Royal New Zealand Air Force, Police communications, and corporate roles, she has lived the experience of the impact of prolonged stress, recovering from burnout, and operating on autopilot. Through Breathwork, she discovered the power of conscious breathing to calm the nervous system, access clarity, and reconnect with her inner guidance. This personal transformation ignited her commitment to sharing Breathwork as a real-world tool for wellbeing and performance.
She is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through Sacred Breath Academy (400-hour Holistic, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Training) and a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator with Mindfulness New Zealand. She regularly facilitates a range of public sessions, including:
Weekly Breathwork sessions at Kenkō Studios for consistent grounding and stress management
Monthly Breathwork immersions at Kenkō Studios for deeper nervous system shifts
Online programs: IGNITE (10-day activation series), RISING (4-month embodiment program), and LUMINA (1-year transformative container)
